The Model A is pace setter for the modern car. It started 4-wheel brakes, safety glass, gear driven transmission, ..... and the list goes on. Many survive to today. It has lasted longer than most people would live! Unlike foreign classics, there is a cottage industry cranking out reproduction parts for fair prices. This is a desirable Deluxe Sports Coupe (noted by color wire wheels.) It was restored a few years back with reproduction wood, new grill shell, new soft top, upholstery, mechanics etc. As it had been stored inside most of its life, the metal is sound, as can be seen in the pictures. It is quite presentable, and makes a nice Sunday driver or a parade car with the Rumble Seat for 2. Most of all, it is so cool and such a fun car to drive. With gas and ignition on, retard timing, up throttle and half choke, it starts first time every time, even after storage. It sits there and purrs! (Not all Model A's are like that.) Registration has been current for decades. It has 12 V conversion for convenience use of modern parts. Recent safety updates include halogen head lights, seat belt, right rear mirror, electric windshield wiper, second tail/brake lights and turn signals. It has a new battery, alternator (after picture) and ignition components, ... even a rare cast iron manifold heater, first of its kind. It looks, steers, sounds, runs and stops as it should. It's like going back in time to cruise along, getting looks, smiles, honks and waves along the way. It is as good as a Model A gets. Classics should be fun, not work.
