Hello and welcome to our auction. We have a highly desirable 1997 BMW 528i Sedan(E39). This E39 was traded in and the owner stated that the car needs a head gasket. The car starts right up and runs and drives fine. All the power options on the car work as they should. The Air Conditioning blows ice cold. The tan leather seats are in good condition with no rips or tears and only normal wear. From the pictures you can see the interior is in superb condition. This E39 has the optional 18" BMW lightweight wheels with 245/40R18 NITTO performance tires with excellent tread. The body of the car has no dents or rust anywhere. There is some clearcoat peel on the bumpers and some paint fade on the roof and trunk. The car's interior and exterior are in very good shape except for the items noted. As stated earlier the previous owner believes the car needs a head gasket so we would recommend the car be towed or transported from our lot. This is an exceptional example of an E39 and with a little work could be a superb car. Take a good look at all pictures, you will see just how nice the car is. And you can get it for a fraction of what the wheels and tires are worth($4500). This car will go to the highest bidder with NO RESERVE so do not bid if you can not follow through with the purchase. Any non-paying bidders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. NO EXCEPTIONS: we do not want to hear that your child bid on the car without your knowledge or that your long lost uncle passed away while you were bidding and now you can't afford the car. Sorry to be so blunt but these are actual excuses from bidders and these auctions cost us a lot of time and money to present them to our customers and we do not have time for game-players.
