The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a great looking 2005 Volvo V70 Wagon with 108,488 miles. This V70 is equipped with the 2.4L engine and the very rare Five-Speed manual transmission. In addition to the standard features, this V70 is equipped with the Premium Package, power/memory seats, heated leather seats, power sunroof, traction control, side airbags, etc. This Volvo has had only one owner since new who was from Virginia. The fuel economy rating is 22 city/29 hwy, and uses only regular fuel which makes this a very economical wagon to drive. This V70 runs beautifully. The engine is strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts crisply and the clutch engages smoothly with lots of grab. The suspension and steering feels nice and tight. A full set of tires were installed by the owner which are showing lots of tread, and the brakes are in excellent condition. The oil & filter and air filter were replaced this week. All of the power equipment in this Volvo has been checked and tested, and everything is working, including the air conditioning. There aren’t any service or warning lights on, and this V70 is ready to be put to use immediately. The exterior of this Wagon looks great The Blue Metallic paint is very glossy with the usual nicks and only minor scratches or imperfections. There isn’t any body rust at all and the undercarriage is in excellent condition. The alloy wheels are in great condition as well. The interior has been very well maintained. All of the leather seats are clean and in great condition with only minor wear. The carpeting is fresh, fluffy and clean throughout this car. The front left plastic speaker cover is cracked, but all of the interior trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in excellent condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage, and the title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
