Original 1969 Honda Trail 90 K1 Trail Bike Runs Great! Here we have for sale a very nice original 1969 Honda Trail 90 K1 model trail bike. This is a very nice original bike with just 1500 original miles that has been in storage for many many years. It was on display at a Honda dealer for months before I bought it. They had it on the showroom. The bike is in great shape for its age and it is mostly all original. The tires, battery and grips were replaced. Everything else is original. The paint is in excellent condition and shines very well and looks very shiny in the sun and has minimal scratches and scrapes in it. Their are some minor scuffs in the paint on the side covers on the engine and the front forks. The original seat is in great shape and the stainless trim is nice and shiny. The plastic frame gaurd is nice and original but it does has a crack in it near the bottom mounting bolt, near the decal. The air cleaner is nice and I just put a brand new air cleaner element in the box. The air cleaner box appears to be off of a 1970 model bike. The 1969 model is the first year of the telescopic front forks, which gives it a much more comfortable ride and it gives it more clearance. The Chen Shin tires are matching size to the originals and have like new tread left on them. The wheels are straight and in very nice condition! The chrome is all very nice and shiny on the bike. No rust through on the exhaust pipe near the tip, switch these always have. The plastic head light bucket is very nice with no cracks or broken pieces on it. The bike only has 1500 original miles on it! It was never ridden. The bike shows it to with its wonderful original condition. The entire electrical system has been checked and everything works, headlight, high and low beam, tail light, brake light, and horn. The engine runs very well and has a ton of power. It idles smoothly. The bike starts up first kick without the choke. The carburetor has been rebuilt and adjusted properly. The transmission shifts through all of the gears with ease. It is a four speed tranny with high and low gearing that is switched by a lever near the back of the engine. Overal this is a wonderful bike to ride and enjoy or one to put on display as I have had it and so as the Honda shop that it sat in for so many years. The bike is not perfect and shows some wear and tear but overall it is a very nice bike. It's a great driver! I do NOT have a title for the bike. I will provide a bill of sale with the bike. Again, I do not have a title for the bike. It was lost many many years ago, a bill of sale will be provided after the sale. I accept cash, or money order as acceptable forms of payment.
