Vehicle Detail

I have owned the car for twelve years and it is really very nice. Soon to be 50 years old, drives nicely. Doesn't burn or leak oil. The car is non-numbers matching (has a 1966 motor), partial restoration completed mostly by professional corvette restorer. Needs power steering pump, but I drive it without the pump, and the interior needs to be completed. I will happily try to answer any questions. Sale is binding and FINAL. Car is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with NO warranty expressed, written or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle. Thanks so much for your bids, good luck. I reserve the right to end this listing at any time, should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. On May-29-16 at 07:23:33 PDT, seller added the following information: WOW! I wish I could give answers to all these questions but I really don't know much. Here is what I can confirm. The engine is a 427 CI and the frame is straight. The vacuum system seems to operate properly, the headlights go up and down, and the wiper gate will go up (although I can't get it to go back down). The wipers don't work (but I have never drive the car in the rain). I can't confirm the seatbelts, tranny or rear end. Clock, oil pressure and temp gauges work (fuel and amps I'm not sure). The tachometer and the radio work, the speedometer needs a new cable. Three times in the past few years I have had the car valued and it consistently was worth about $21,000 in the condition that it is in. I was also told that investing $6000.00 in the car would make the car worth almost $40,000. Sorry for the poor information, but I am really not a car person. I'm a dope who has an old corvette.
