I am selling this as a Mechanics Special because of the 2 rust issues on the front of the rear spring perches. See close up pictures enclosed. Although the van failed Pa. State inspection because of this condition, this van can be driven many years like this. Legally it doesnt pass inspection in my home state. However! I have been in the auto business for many years and have seen rust issues worst then this last long. I have all the service records for this van for the last 8 years. The tires were just replaced.
