Vehicle Detail
AMC Rambler Classic 770 Convertible. This is one of the last 35 Rambler Convertibles (out of 1,800) produced in 1966. It was manufactured at the Knosha Plant. It is a Standard Column Shift 3 Speed, 2 door Convertible, with a straight six engine (232 OHV six, 1V). Car runs and drives but needs a clutch, and some minor adjustments. A/C inoperative. Pretty clean car for 50 years old. For any questions or if you want more pics. call or text anytime 305 803 8498On May-22-16 at 13:15:49 PDT, seller added the following information: This 1966 Rambler is a nice 50 year old car, It is not a restored car, but presentable. Paint looks nice it does have a couple of chips. Paint is not show quality. Both bumpers chrome have no pits or rust and they are straight. The glass is all without any cracks including the rear window of the top which is glass. The upholstery has no rips or tears as the top has no tears and is good. Floors in the passenger area and trunk are solid. It starts, charges and stops. There's a miss and might need a tune up. The clutch is very worn and it can't be driven. The speedometer reads 35,000 miles. In 1966 all they had were 5 digit speedometers. Overall with some tlc you can have a really rare old convertible,
