Vehicle Detail

Will sell worldwideBecause of the age and antique status of this vehicle, it is exempt from any import restrictions. I will prepare all documentation and help with shipping for you. 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SuperSport. Genuine 49,000 mile survivor car. All documentation and provenance included. Paper trail includes all invoices and receipts dating all the way back to the original dealership papers. 99% original. Nothing was changed on the car, with the exception of brakes, and a fan belt. It is absolutely remarkable how original this car is. Recently, the original tires were replaced. Also recently replaced were the shocks. The original single exhaust was removed, and duals professionally installed. Drive and show as a survivor, or take it to the next level with a super-simple restoration. This is a great little car. Start with something good, and you'll always have something good. This car is amongst the most solid and rust free originals that I have personally ever encountered. These types of untouched cars have become exceedingly difficult to find. Condition. In order to stay on the safe side, I will describe this as a project car, requiring full restoration; paint and interior 1/10. Please check my feedback. I do not want to run the risk of disappointing anyone and would much sooner take a few dollars less. This is not a sale of necessity but, rather to pass on this car to a happy new owner that will enjoy it. I have had several cars that I have unwittingly become caretaker to. In some cases, for the last decade plus. Reality has set in that I may, with heavy heart, have to pass them forward to new homes. I would like this to be an honest sale, to an appreciative buyer. Should mention, the car runs and drives very nicely! A quick flick of the key and it's purring away. It's just an exceptionally nice and enjoyable, no-excuses little car. As mentioned, it'd be amongst the easiest restorations for a hobbyist. A quick catalog order from any reproduction parts source, and a couple weekends of enjoyable tinkering would take the car to an entirely new level. A new carpet, perhaps armrests, window fuzzy's and some seals would be in order. Maybe a trunk mat, and some touch-up's. There are a couple minor dings that I'd have removed by a paintless dent repair facility. Some nice rally wheels, or vintage 5-spokes would look very cool. Basically, it's a clean slate. The value is in it's originality, simplicity, and low mileage. Really super solid original cars are the benchmark. I am not looking for much money for this car; rather seeking an honest sale, to an appreciative new owner. If you are new to Ebay, or have more than a couple negative feedback's, please contact me before bidding. I am very stern about following the rules on this website and doing things properly. Anyone wishing to speak with me on the phone is welcome. Please write so we can arrange a time. Anyone wishing to view the car in person is encouraged to do so. I'd even be happy to entertain 3rd party evaluations. I am Mr. Helpful with being informative and helpful. I'd look forward to making an easy sale, and effortless shipping -- Please check my feedback. I've reduced the number of cars we have significantly through Ebay, made some good friends along the way, and refuse to run the risk of tarnishing my great reputation. Have fun fellow enthusiasts, and good luck bidding!!!On 30-Apr-16 at 11:26:24 EDT, seller added the following information: Just to reiterate, there is nothing special required to ship this car anywhere in the United States. Due to it's age, antique status, and domestic build, it is exempt from any and all restrictions. It can travel from Canada to the US just as easily as from state to state. Same goes for titling in your state.(Because of the logistics and favourable currency exchange)... Shipping is, in some cases, cheaper from Canada than from within the US! The colour is the rare original Evening Orchid. It is factory correct. I've added a photo of the cowl data plate. Until recently, the only mechanical item ever replaced was fan belt. And yes, it runs and drives. It runs and drives very well. It only has 49,000 miles and has never sat neglected for extended periods of time; rather, it's been enjoyed often through the years. This is a very good car. Enjoy and upkeep it the way it is, or take it to the next level. Please don't be afraid to write and ask questions. Or, send me a request for my telephone number. I'm always interested in talking about extraordinary vintage American cars and would love to speak with you about this one.
