Here's a 1974 Honda CB200. It's in very good cosmetic shape. I've owned it since 2007 and have only put around 200 miles on it. I had some service on it in the Spring of 2014 to get it running, took it out a few times and then put it back into storage. It doesn't want to run now-- it may need a replacement battery and some fuel line work. But I have no doubt it could be easily put back into working order. Your option is to either spend a few hundred bucks to get it running (along with getting new tires), or part it out. If I were still enthused about riding, I'd be choosing the former over the latter!
