1987 230GE imported from Spain. 57k original miles (mileage will continue to go up as I daily drive this) and runs exceptionally. Easily cruises 70mph on the highway. Tracks straight and true. Brakes are excellent. Front and rear lockers both operate flawlessly as does the part-time 4WD. 5 speed transmission shifts incredibly through all gears and the clutch has recently been replaced. All interior lights and gauges works as they should. Brand new (5) BFG KO2 All-Terrains in 235/85R16. Tires have less than 3k miles on them. All fluids (differential, transfer case, transmission, motot oil, etc.) were recently replaced using Redline Lubricants. Interior is very clean and has the highly sought after plaid interior. The rear ambulance doors are missing the tan leather panel. Body is in original green paint. There are scratches throughout but all panels are very straight. Body rust needs to be addressed in the right rear corner panel and a certified Mercedes replacement panel is included. The sills could also be treated at the same time to make perfect. The rust never bothered me much and I drive daily. Chassis, frame and all underbody completely rust free.
