For sale is a rare Cypress Green Pearl 1996 Honda del Sol DOHC VTEC. This is number 142 of only about 600 that were produced for the model year in this color. The vehicle is equipped with a targa top that stores in the trunk on a rack designed for the roof panel. The rear window rolls down to complete the open air feeling when cruising with the top off. This is a two-seater that has plenty of space and a large trunk, even with the roof panel stored in the trunk. The vehicle includes many rare and hard to find parts. The vehicle has been well cared for and I've maintained a maintenance log since the first day I owned the vehicle. It does have some rust in the typical areas for these models. The rear wheel arches have rust where they meet up with the plastic bumper cover. There is some rust on the underside of the trunk lid near the license plate lights. A little loving and the car will look brand new again. In addition, the vehicle went in for an oil change on Saturday, Apr 23. The dealership found during their multi-point inspection that the driver side rear ABS sensor will need replacing soon. I was told that if the sensor goes out, the ABS system will be disabled; but the rest of the braking system will remain functional.
