For sale is my 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT 3.0L. I've owned the car for about 4 years. I bought it with 120k miles. The car has been very well maintained and then some. Since I've owned the car the oil was changed every 2500 miles and the transmission fluid and antifreeze was changed every 15k miles. Used premium gas every fill up. AC blows great. The car has aftermarket Motegi wheels with two brand new tires in the front and tires in rear have about half life. There is an aftermarket head unit with all new speakers controlled with an amplifier and a 12" alpine sub and alpine amplifier. The car was professionally tinted all the way around. It has a new paint job a few years ago due to Mitsubishi's terrible clear coating. The paint isn't perfect there are some minor dings/scratches but compared to before it is a night and day difference. The only rust is a minor spot on bottom of the driver door and some on the lip of the trunk. Within the last 10k miles the following has been replaced: spark plugs, air filter, battery, radiator with hoses, axles, rear sway bar links, all brake pads and rotors, serpentine and ac belt. Within the last 25k miles: TIMING BELT, WATER PUMP, front and rear struts, inner and outer tie rods, valve cover gaskets, fuel lines, fuel pump, starter, alignment, TORQUE CONVERTER, headlights, all 3 Bosch wiper blades, and ALL 4 motor/trans MOUNTS. This car runs great, shifts great, and starts great. Drives basically like new minus a slight leak from the flex pipe (exhaust) not bad at all though. There is a check engine light for an evaporate leak but since it reasonable passed emissions with the light on I wasn't too worried. The only reason I'm selling the car is because my wife and I are having a baby any day now and definitely need something easier for a family. Don't want to see it go but it is time. The only other thing is something happened to the headlight switch so in order to turn parking/interior lights on there is a separate switch to power them.
