I have replaced the Front & rear Brakes Pads and resurfaced the Rotors. i also installed Four Brand New Tires with 98-99% left, replaced both the Cabin and Air Filters, spark plugs and the coils and lastly, every 4k I give her a fresh Engine Oil and Filter change, and it's an economical car, that's always a plus. The car can be driven with no problem for another 300k miles I AM DEAD SERIOUS.
