Prior owner had this car on the road and was using it as his everyday ride. This is a great project for someone who can do the work themselves. The paint looks good from about 15 feet away, each of the T-tops have a crack but usable and will definitely work until they are replaced. Tires look good. No apparent areas that would show the car has been in an accident, no apparent rust areas. Not original motor. Needs an interior and carpet. This Corvette was sold on Ebay in October, but the full payment was never received. After 6 emails to the winning bidder with no response, it indicated they were not interested. It was kept for the last 5 months with still no response. This car is in upstate New York, make sure you figure out your transport cost before bidding. Just an FYI, if you win this bid the car will not miraculously appear in your driveway. If you are not coming with a trailer to pick up the car, a wire transfer will be the perfect way for you to pay. Cash in person on pickup is preferred. Non-refundable down payment of $500 is required thru Paypal within 24 hours after the auction close and full payment within 3 days. It is not that hard to figure out, don't make it that way. I saw him drive it on a regular basis, I have not driven it anywhere but in a parking lot. I bought it "as you see it" and was going to use parts off this one to fix one I was working on. I was surprised at how decent this car was once I got looking at it and thought it would take less work for someone to pick away at than some things out there. By no means am I saying that this doesn't need work, it has "project" in the description. There is a red plastic item mounted in the shift area, this is a battery shut off and I did not install it, nor do I know why it was installed. There were a few questions about it, so I thought it should be put in the description. I have a "clear" NY title in hand, no lien listed or salvage brand.
