I am the 3rd owner and the car has never been in an accident - Verified by CARFAX. I really took good care of it since 2012. Clean NY state title. Never been smoked in. No bad odor in the car which I am very meticulous about. Clean interior. Recently installed valve cover gasket, OEM brake pads and discs, new oil change (Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil since I owned), new OEM oil level sensor. I have been using this car since 2012 and I just loved it during this time. Its really fun to drive in the hot summer days. 5 Speed automatic transmission with StepTRONIC feature that gives you the flexibility to enjoy it with manual transmission as well.. The black convertible top is in excellent condition. No imperfection, discoloration or any stitching issues with the soft top and operates fully automatic with a touch of a button. The all matching tires are still more than half of their tread life on them. Alloy wheels are in good shape without any major scratches or chips. The body has a nice, clean factory metallic dark blue color (BMW Monaco Blue) without any major scratches or dents. The leather seats are in very good shape for a 10 year old car. Engine sounds quite and feels very strong, too. The upgraded factory XENON dynamic headlights and LED tail lights are very clear and bright. Harman Kardon premium sound with subwoofer works just fine with the factory BMW Business Radio and CD player. I installed an OEM BMW Aux cable to use it with my iPhone. (I didn't want to drill any part of the interior when installing the aux. cable. It's placed under the center arm rest. The multi functional steering wheel has integrated bluetooth phone system, audio control and cruise control, all work fine. It also has the built-in BMW Assist service - Subscription expired. AC and heat works perfectly. Multiple position heated seats are fully functional. Just the driver side has minor issue when going back and forth meaning that it moves front and back without any issues but you need to press the button twice to do so (only driver side). It is most likely a very simple fix but doesn't cause any un-comfort. The car does not have any fluid leaks. Bottom is completely dry. All dashboard lights work. No missing cells or bulbs... The airbag light is on. The seat belt light sometimes gets stuck blinking and it goes off by itself. This should be in connection with the driver seat that has the issue that I mentioned above. I have two sets of remotes for it. They work fine but the batteries are weak.
