1969 Honda CB

CB450 Not Running I bought this bike to tinker with. There were some problems while it was running, the carbs were out of tune, seals were bad and lots of rust in gas tank. I took the tinkering a step further and tried to rebuild the engine and now will not start. The electrical system all seems to be operation correctly, however I get zero compression (before it was getting 120psi) I SUSPECT my timing on the cam chain is incorrect since I replaced all the seals and had piston to bore tolerance that was within Honda spec.
