1986 CHEVY 4X4 VAN PATHFINDER 4X4 CONVERSION AMERICAN RACING WHEELS CUSTOM INTERIOR Check out this cool shaggin wagon!!!!! These vans are hard to find and in good condition like this one. The 4x4 conversion was completed by Pathfinder Conversions. The 4x4 has front lock outs that turn very easy and work properly. The 4x4 selector is on the floor between the front seats. You can select 2H, 4H and 4L. The 4x4 is in great working order. The van starts right up and idles nice and smooth. The dual exhaust is not to loud and sounds great. The van drives straight down the road. The motor is strong and the transmission shifts smooth through all the gears. The van drives straight down the road and also stops in a straight line. The brakes are in great working order. The exterior is in great shape for the year. The van was Ziebart which would explain why the body looks so good. If you are not familiar with Ziebart, google them. It is a company that has been around since 1959 and has designed a product that stops corrosion. The van has been Ziebarted from the front to the rear which is normally done when it is new. The body is straight with no digs or dents as seen in the pictures. The interior is in great shape and very clean. As you can see in the pictures the carpet and all the seats are in excellent shape. The middle and rear seats are bolted down if you were wondering. There is a black box in the middle of the van next to the middle seat. That box is the rear heater and it works. All the doors open and shut with no issues. All the locks work by hand or with the key. The van has newer American Racing rims and newer Firestone Destination A/T 285/70/17 with about 75% life still left in them.
