Original SS396 partially disassembled & placed in storage from 1986 until 2013 when I bought it. Original black interior is very good and the paint was good enough that I did not want to repaint it. It appears to have had one repaint prior to storage and does have a few scratches and dings but looks quite good from 10 feet or more. Prior owner had "lost" the original engine so I installed a period correct 396 (402) freshly built to 350 HP specs. He had rebuilt/replaced the front suspension and steering components prior to putting it in storage. Has excellent Muncie 4 speed, new clutch/throwout bearing and pressure plate and 4.10 positraction rear axle. It rides, drives and performs very well. It also has the original SS wheels and red line tires. Overall, it is a really nice old, mostly original car. I may end the auction prior to completion because the car is for sale locally. I am not interested in trades, overseas buyers or any other transaction other than a direct sale. Also, I do not have a title since Georgia does not require one and I can only provide a bill of sale.
