This is a real barn find car that's been sitting since 1976. It must have been raced at sometime because I removed a scatter shield. It's been hit in the right front at some point but repaired and the car was repainted but not the entire car, so some of the paint is original and it's ALL lacquer paint. It's aged very gracefully. It doesn't have the original engine but does have a 63 Corvette engine with solid lifters. The engine is strong and does not smoke. Options include a 4 speed, radio, heater, courtesy lights, brake warning, windshield washers, posi and soft top. Soft top is not original and has a split in the window. No hardtop although it had one when new. The jack and tools are missing. The tires are from the 70's, so they will need replacing. There's a remnant of a trailer hitch that's welded on the rear cross member but it can be removed, I just don't have the proper tools to get it off. It's not real noticeable but it's there. Chrome: Bumpers and eyebrows are decent and I would leave them like they are. Windshield post and door post are very nice. No pitting. Emblems are pretty good also with normal wear. Hubcaps are normal too with a few dings. Body: Other than the front being hit, the rest of the body in nice. Glass: The windshield has a few cracks in the lower drivers side which are not in the field of view. Door glass is good in both doors. Engine: It runs good, no smoke. It has a rebuilt 3310 Holley carburetor. Headers with cherry bomb mufflers. Radiator and expansion tank have been changed, both dated 75. Radiator was flushed and new anti freeze installed. New plugs, points, condenser. Oil change and new filter. Chassis: New brakes, wheel cylinders, brake hoses, master cylinder. Frame is good and solid although somebody sprayed undercoating in wheel wells and outboard side of frame years ago. Paint: It's pretty decent for 40+ year old paint. It has some chips and scrapes here and there. Some body seams are still visible too. Interior: All the gauges work including tach. Lights, turn signals and brake lights work. The radio and clock are not working. I'm not going to say that all the interior is original because I think it had Red interior at one time. I'm open to inspections and phone calls if you like. I'll request a deposit but if the car is not what I say it is when you see the car, I'll refund half the deposit. I recently had a medical issue so I'm not allowed to drive right now, so I have not driven the car. Open to offers or a buy it now.
