Dodge Avenger 1998 2 Door ES Sport Coupe Tan 2.5L V6 with Automatic Transmission with Overdrive. A lot of car for very little money! (READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION ALL THE WAY DOWN THE PAGE. We are not an automotive dealer, we are a private seller. This is our second vehicle that we are selling because we are moving. It's the chance for someone to get a really good car for very little money. The car will need some minor repairs, so you will need to be mechanically inclined to make these repairs or know someone who can do them for you. Again the repairs are minor and not major. In regard to the motor, transmission, and drive-train the car is mechanically sound and is drivable and runs great! And it's really good on gas too!! This is not todays more modern Dodge Avenger with the wimpy 4 cylinder engine. The 2.5L V6 engine that comes in this car has some pep to it and is the same engine used by Dodge in the Dodge Stealth Vehicles. When you step on the accelerator it moves, which is good especially when merging onto a busy California freeway. It has 212,311 highway miles on it, but as you know these Japanese motors made for Dodge can run and last for well over 400,000 miles and more, especially if you do your regular maintenance like oil changes. NOTE: these cars are getting extremely hard to find in good condition, and are highly sought after by compact performance car hobbyists that turn them into quarter mile race cars. The body is completely straight and the car was never in an accident. Open the sunroof and enjoy all the beautiful California weather! This is the perfect second car or car for the new driver in the family! To Reiterate: The Car needs minor repairs made to it, including the driver side door power window motor replaced. (I have the window motor it just needs to be installed.) Also needs an ignition switch voltage regulator /solenoid for starting (also not installed yet), and it needs the left side headlight bulb fixed/replaced.
