I am the original owner and have never allowed smoking in my Prius. The car does have surface wear and tear including a cracked windshield, missing door trim, missing antenna mount, broken right rear taillight cover, and hail dents. The hybrid battery failed after I didn't start the car for two weeks. I have not had it diagnosed; please assume it will require repair (up to $1500) or replacement ($4000). The car starts but apparently drives only under gasoline engine power. I DO NOT recommend driving it home before repairing the battery. All bidders can set an appointment to have the vehicle inspected by themselves or by a 3rd party provided by the buyer BEFORE bids are placed.
