I had to choose a title type, but this vehicle does not have a title, sold BILL OF SALE ONLY. I bought this 1972 Vanagon camper van with the pop top, back in 2013 with plans to turn it into an amazing mobile coffee bar with a two group slayer espresso machine (look for that listing too!) Alas, the story is all too familiar...bigger project than I intended and angrier wife than I intended mean the bus or I need to get out of the garage ASAP!! So, my loss is your once in a lifetime opportunity. I have over $8,000 invested in this sweet ride...it runs and drives well for the age, but like most 45 year old vw's it requires regular attention and will need some clutch work on the manual soon and could probably use a new battery. The exterior has a nice new paint job as of 2014, it's not show ready but looks sharp from a few feet away. The top functions but the vinyl portion could use repair/replacement. Highest and best use is probably to make this your dream camper to take the family on the road this summer, but it would also work great to finish my dream of turning it into a mobile business. The only limits to the potential of this bucket of greatness are your imagination and your pocketbook. I've driven it on the highway and pushed 70mph, but this cruiser was built for comfort not speed, take the side roads and enjoy the journey and the stares and smiles you'll get! I would recommend having this beauty trailered if you are more than fifty miles away, but it has fine tires and I've never had any trouble driving it the short distances I've traveled in it. Because of age, it's sold with bill of sale only and no warranty. I'm happy to answer any other questions and can get pictures of anything you need. The odometer reads 62771, I know I've only put a few hundred miles on it, but don't know for sure if that's actual or has rolled over.
