It's time to let go of my baby! This is a great 1979 driver. To the best of my knowledge it is in good mechanical condition. I will tell you the things I know that need attention. Known Issues:- Antenna motor needs to be replaced, antenna is stuck in the up position- There is an automatic transmission leak. It is annoying but not causing any problems at the moment. I've not isolated it but the likely culprit is the shift shaft seal, but that is unconfirmed. I have NOT used any transmission stop leak but I guess that would be a possibility- The a/c works and blows cold, however the compressor clutch is very noisy and will go out if used for any period of time. It would be best to replace it proactively. Now for the good stuff! Other than it is a great looking car and a lot of fun to drive, I very recently replaced all the front end brake components; rotors, calipers, bearings and seals, metal and rubber lines and even the master cylinder while I was at it. Before this they were all original. I replaced the rear pads, but nothing else as the rear was still in decent condition even though original. Tires are in good shape with good tread and no dry rot. They are probably 4-5 years old with almost no miles on them. The carburetor is non-stock Edelbrock 4 bbl which helps a bit with the performance. I also recently did a tune up; plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor and timing adjustment. Overall, she is in decent condition. There are some flaws and I tried to get them in the pictures. In case it doesn't show well in the pictures, those are mirrored glass T-tops and I have their storage bags for when they pop off and lay in the back. I've owned her for about eight years and she has been garage kept that whole time. Any questions, just message me. Happy bidding!
