1961 Mercedes Benz 190sl Possibly one of the most original examples left This car was originally from Vista California, and migrated to Texas sometime in the 90'sIn 2001 A Gentleman that was a classic car enthusiast purchased it and amongst other projects, fell behind the pack.The car sat in his back yard (original resting spot photos above) for about 10 years, thankfully the grass was mowed around it often and the car remained solid. He has recently passed and his sons decided it was time to sell. The car retains the original Solex carburetors, I also have the original toll roll in nearly mint condition.as well as spare tire in great shape. I believe this car to have its original paint, and reflects in the paint code of DB40G, with parchment interior. you often hear about cars being perfect candidates for restoration, but this truly qualifies as such.
