1970 HONDA Z50A MINI TRAIL: JDM, LARGE AIR FILTER HOUSING, SPEEDOMETER, DAMPER ADJUSTMENT. 3 Speed Automatic, 49cc, Left Foot Toe and Heel Gear Shift, Right Foot Braking, Adjustable Crank Steering Damper Lever (see bottom note), Honda Speedometer/Odometer, '69 Gas Tank w/o "Mini Trail" Badges and Other. A Great Parts or Project Undertaking. I present my 1970 Honda Z50A Mini Trail, a Japanese domestic market bike in which I've owned 20years and kept indoors. I offer it as either a parts, project or custom monkey bike that you can make over. The bike has a left foot heel and toe shift lever, a right foot brake lever, is equipped w/ a Honda speedometer and odometer in Km/h, a large air filter element housing, adjustable crank steering damper lever and a partial Japanese tag remaining on the frame. The rear wheel has a Nitto tire w/ the double nutted goose neck air valve while the front is w/o it. The engine is not seized, the gas tank is pre 1970 and has the old badges w/o the "MINI TRAIL" stamped on them on both sides of the tank. There is no rust evident inside or outside of the gas tank and the tank is empty and in clean condition inside. The tank has the correct flat vent gas cap w/ "on/off". There are a few small dings at the front of the tank as shown in the pictures where the bump stops would be. * Note A helpful person chimed in and mentions: " Hello, actually that screw knob by handlebars is used to remove the frontend for transport. Just loosen screw and tilt front end forward and it will separate. Also notice the quick disconnect for wiring, should be one for throttle cable as well. .... how nice. Thank you. Frame # 270801 Engine # plate is blank. No title, not in any DMV system in the USA as it was imported. Not considered street legal this year... at least in the USA. Bill-of-sale offered.
