The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a very clean 2010 Subaru Forester XT that has had only one owner since new. The Vehicle History Report is clean without any accidents, damage, or problems. The title for this car is clear without any liens or encumbrances. This car is equipped with the leather interior, power seat, heated seats, and power sunroof. We have three keys, two remotes, all of the glovebox manuals, and the full set of floor mats. A complete major maintenance service was just completed on this Forester. This included replacing the timing belt with all pulleys and tensioners, the water pump, and all of the other engine belts. The cooling system was fully flushed and serviced. The oil & filters were also replaced. All of the major and minor service is up to date, and this car should need nothing other than routine maintenance for the next 70k miles. This Forester is ready to be picked up and put to use immediately. The exterior of this Forester is in excellent condition. The “Camellia Red Pearl” paint is super glossy over the entire body with nothing other than minor imperfections, nicks or bumper marks. There aren’t any dents or scratches on the body, and all of the paint on this car is original. There isn’t any body rust on this car, and the undercarriage is also very clean and in great shape. The interior has been very well maintained. The seats and carpeting are fresh and clean throughout the interior. There aren’t any holes or damage on any of the seats or carpeting and only very minor wear. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in excellent condition without any cracks or damage. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. The 2.5L turbo engine runs super strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts perfectly. There aren’t any driveline issues at all. All of the power equipment in this car has been checked, tested and everything is operating properly including the air conditioning. There aren’t any service indicators or warning lights on. This Subaru runs and drives beautifully I would feel comfortable getting in and driving this Forester anywhere in the country, and should provide reliable and economical service for many years to come. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
