The engine was professionally rebuilt about 8 years ago, but has had very few miles on it since then. The automatic transmission was also professionally rebuilt at that time. The rear axle is an 8-3/4 with a 2:93 POSI that is highway ready…..Want lower gears?? Don’t worry the car comes with a brand new set of Strange engineering 3.91 gears that are still in the box. The 440 has an Edelbrock dual plane aluminum intake topped with a Holley carburetor and the exhaust side is handled by headers with dual glass packs. The engine has a nice rumble from the Mopar Performance “Purple” camshaft which is .484” lift at 284 duration with a 108 CL. All of the lights work, and the heat does too……The car is ready to cruise!!!! The car looks great, but note that the paint job was home done with single stage paint. The car has one area on the outboard side of the torsion bar crossmember that could be patched, it’s about 6” by 4”….But other than that the underside of the car is in really good shape including the floorpans / trunk / firewall / etc.. Interior is original and is in decent shape. Car has power steering and manual brakes. Body is good and solid also.
