Low Miles, Rust Free, Southern, 1996 Eddie Bauer Bronco This is a combination that is hard to find and this is a good example of an honest truck that is ready to use or cruise. It does have the normal wear and tear of a 20 year old truck meaning that you will find a ding, scratch or chip on the exterior and a stain or imperfection on the interior. Overall, it's a honest daily driver that's looks good, runs good and hits the road great. This Bronco has the 5.8L V8 that runs smooth. The automatic tranny shifts smooth and the 4x4 works as it should. The 4x4 lockouts are NEW Warn hubs that turn easily with 1 finger. This Bronco does have a 2" lift to accommodate the NEW 33" Wheels and Tires (the lift is simply 2" block spacers under the rear leafs and front coils and could easily be removed if you wanted to return it to OEM wheels and stance). New bushings, tie rods and ball joints have recently been installed in the front end. The previous owner wanted the truck to sound as good as it looks, so he installed Flow Master mufflers to give it a low rumble. Not loud, but not stock, sounds good! I just ordered a new OEM leather seat bottom for the drivers seat that will be installed before delivery or pickup. There are only 2 distractions that I can list about this truck: 1) the drivers armrest is missing and: 2) the clock spring needs to be changed out for the cruise control to work properly. BEFORE everyone starts asking, YES the rear window does work on this Bronco. I do not have the key for the rear window switch but I always raise/lower the rear window with the switch on the dash anyway. All glass is good including the windshield. I would jump in this truck and head out anywhere I wanted to go, but as with any 20 year old vehicle, there is no warranty of any kind associated with this Bronco. This is a good one, but if you are looking for a 100% Perfect OEM "Grandma's" never driven Bronco, keep looking. If you are looking for a low miles, rust free, 1996 Eddie Bauer Bronco that looks good, runs good and is an honest daily driver then you've found what you're looking for.
