Please read the following: The mileage is correct. The Arkansas revenue office kept the original mileage from when i first got all the paperwork done. I'm in the military, so I never had to be in-state to register the car. When I paid it off, I was in Japan. I didn't get the original title paperwork and requested a copy. They both came in and I have them. It's a digital mileage counter, and I don't know how you could change it. Also, it was in storgae while I was in Japan for three years.
