I have a 1993 Mercedes 300SD with 128,000 original miles for sale. This car is the only one I have ever seen this color. This car is a great running and driving example. Never over heats or gets hot. The turbo works great. The automatic transmission shifts through all of the gears as it should. The air conditioning works properly and the heating system works as well. This car starts right up in the super cold weather without plugging the car in. It does have the plug in feature that heats up the motor nice to assist on cold mornings. The car has nice brakes and a good set of tires. You can see in all of the pictures that the windows, sunroof, mirrors all work. These cars are so nice to drive. They are known for being, "overengineered" works of art. The low fuel prices now mean you get to drive all over the place for so cheap since this car is getting over 30 MPG and is 4600 lbs!! This car has the anti slip differential feature which is helpful in snow and slick conditions. The car has anti lock brakes also. I am a Mercedes Benz Club member and have been lucky enough to have owned hundereds of Mercedes since I am in the Business of selling used Mercedes. These are a Diamond in the ruff! If you spend time on the highway driving this is for you. The way this handles the highway is priceless. You have plenty of torque for passing, smooth ride and this is built like a vault just incase of an accident. I have had the w140 (one of these body styles) apart to learn about how it was engineered and I have to say that it is built to keep you SAFE!! There are beams in the doors, and the way the car is built is to keep you safe and secure. The car has double pane glass to insulate the car from noise and temperature. You will see that the body is in very nice shape. It has some dings and marks common with age and all of them are filmed for you to see. The car has alot of nice features that are working very good. Wipers, horn, lights, cluster, windows, locks, sunroof are all working. Even the yellow fog lights work properly. I purchase every vehicle, drive them, fix them, clean them up, film them, list them and deliver ALL and EVERY vehicle I sell. I'm Mike and I do it all so you know every part of this ad is RIGHT! I purchased this car with 128,049 miles and drove it to 129,343 so I know this car well. I have tested it in the coldest mornings, and even had a few hot days where the car remained cool.
