It is the only earth vehicle used as transportation in the Star Trek Universe EVER! Signed by William Shatner himself! Documentation comes with the vehicle. This actual Chevrolet Custom Deluxe Pickup was used by Paramount Studios and starred in the Star Trek 4 Movie "The Voyage Home". It is complete exactly as it was filmed in the Movie with all the patina. It is the only earth vehicle ever used to transport anyone (obviously only spaceships and the USS Enterprise) in the Star Trek Universe! Signed by William Shatner (James T. Kirk) himself! Documentation comes with the vehicle. Captain Kirk rode in this vehicle with Spock (Leonard Nimoy) who passed away in February of this year. There were two Blue Chevrolet trucks in the Movie, one for the City scenes and one for the Country scenes. They had slightly different grilles. This is the vehicle used in the City scenes and William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy personally rode in it. Shatner signed the glove box. The truck used in the Country scenes was destroyed leaving this one particular one the only one in existence. It was also used previously as a stand-in truck for Paramount Studios (for over 20 years) and played a role in many other movies. It has all the Original Patina from the movie exactly as it was filmed on set! In the Movie, it was owned by Dr. Gillian Taylor with the Sausalito Museum, who assisted Captain Kirk and Spock in their quest to find Humpback whales. It still has the identical body patina, striping, bumper stickers and decals as it was shot in the movie. This truck was recently displayed at the Hollywood Show in Burbank, California with William Shatner present and signed autographs and took photos with this Celebrity truck! On approaching Earth, the ship loses power and comes down in San Francisco Bay Once released, the whales respond to the probe's signal, causing the object to reverse its effects on Earth and return to the depths of space. All charges against the Enterprise crew are dropped, save one; as punishment for disobeying a superior officer, Kirk is demoted to the rank of Captain.
