Up for auction with no reserve is this 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Supercharged Coupe powered by a 260-hp 2.0L inline-4 cylinder. The potent engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. Nicely equipped with traction control, StabiliTrak stability control, antilock brakes as well as a tire-pressure monitor. Also equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a 4-speaker CD stereo with MP3 playback and XM capability, 4-way adjustable driver's seat, 60/40 rear split bench seat, tilt steering and a theft deterrent system. Power door locks with remote keyless entry, power windows, and sport leather seating. The SS Turbocharged Cobalt adds both performance and style. It has sport gauges with an A-pillar-mounted boost gauge, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel, which features audio and cruise control. Outside, the SS can be identified by halogen fog lamps, chrome exhaust tip, performance suspension, a spoiler and aggressive body moldings. This Chevrolet Cobalt SS Coupe is not in showroom condition, by any means, and we are not representing it as such, the clear coat is peeling off the car in several spots, there is body damage on the right front fender and numerous dings/dent all over the car. (Please view all the pictures.) The interior has rips, tears and wear marks; the driver’s seat needs to be reupholstered. Mechanically the car runs and drives ok. The transmission shifts through all 5 gears and the clutch feels good. There is a check engine light illuminated, and we are not sure what the problem is, also the turbo boost gauge does not work. This vehicle is located at our used car dealership in Bridgeton, New Jersey. The Cobalt is available for test drive/inspection prior to auction end. Additionally if the buyer is a New Jersey resident they will be responsible for all applicable taxes, licensing fee, registration fees, and title transfer fees. Out of state buyers will have to pay these fees in their home state. We do have temporary license plates available here at our dealership for an additional fee. On Jan-27-16 at 11:17:52 PST, seller added the following information: We just received the title to this Cobalt, today, from the dealership we purchased the car from. There is a problem with the reported mileage: The mileage reported to the commonwealth of Pennsylvania on 3/23/15 was:206,500 miles. The miles were recorded in error! The odometer on the car reads: 168,191, these are the actual miles! We just transferred the Pennsylvania title into our dealerships name and into a New Jersey title today, and we are unable to correct the mileage on the New Jersey title, because of the mistake on the Pennsylvania title. We will have to sell this car as 206,500 miles or sell it as: NOT ACTUAL MILES. If you have already bid on this car and can not accept it this way, than we will gladly cancel your bid.
