Up for auction is a 2011 E350 MERCEDES BENZ, THIS CAR HAS 44,000 actual miles, like new. This car has never been smoked in and always serviced by the Mercedes Benz Dealer. We bought this car to drive while we waited for my wife's new car to come in. We purchased the car damaged and as you can see from the picture, this was the furthest thing from a "total" or I would never purchased for my wife to drive daily. As the old gentleman who bought this car new, had his choice to repair the car or force the insurance company to replace it, he opted for the new car. WE were lucky enough to purchase the car. The Insurance company issued the branded title. This car has never had any structural history at all. Instead of putting filler on the car, we had a new Mercedes Benz door, not an after-market installed. This car runs and drives as new for $5,000 less than book value because of the branded title, NOT because of the damage done to the car. WE have driven this car for the last 7-8 months with no issues at all. New car finally came in and I'm willing to sell this car for whatever it does on eBay. Please don't just assume this car is a total because of the branded title. It was not a total. This car has virtually every option Mercedes offered, NAV, Sport, Moon roof, etc. Because the tires were a little worn at 30,000 miles, it is sitting on brand new Michelins as from the factory now. The car has just been serviced with fresh synthetic oil. We had it detailed and it is now parked in our garage at home. THIS CAR HAS NO FAULTS AND THERE ARE NO EXCUSES!
