My car has a 5 year, 150,000 mile warranty (I am currently 3 years and 4 months into this warranty). The warranty is transferrable to the new owner at no additional fee, no hassle. Must be an individual for warranty to transfer. The warranty covers all major mechanical, transmission, engine, AC, etc, but no normal wear and tear or cosmetics. Rear shade, 6-disc player, Navigation, black leather, woodgrain dash, handsfree phone capabilities, Harmon Kardon sound system, Heat/AC, heated front seats, all the standard options. Replaced tires in December 2014 and have put 10,000 miles on the vehicle, recently aligned, up to date with all scheduled maintenance and service actions. All maintenance done as scheduled and vehicle has no current maintenance needs. JD Power and Associates gave the 2007 E-class 5 out of 5 Power Circles for Overall Initial Quality Mechanical.
