Vehicle Detail
*** Title is Salvage*** I purchased this vehicle about 6 months ago from a seller down in Maryland. The deal was that he was suppose to give me all the required documents to get a rebuilt title for what my state required. He disappeared on me and in New Jersey I cant drive this vehicle legally until it becomes rebuilt. Since this vehicle is 12 years old most states will pass this car to a rebuilt with a simple physical inspection, such as North Carolina. I did one there in the past when I had residence down there. The car runs and drives it was driven 300 miles back from Maryland with a friends dealer tag. I wont scrap it because its in a really good shape. I had it checked on as soon as I got it, It has new tires, brakes are good, interior in really good shape. What It needs--- Front Bumper cover needs to be reattached and airbag light is on. Its been sitting for past 5 months and started right up. Please check your state regulations for getting a Salvage title turned into a Rebuilt title. ** NO RESERVE** ** YOU WILL NEED A DEALER PLATE OR HAVE IT SHIPPED** IT CANNOT BE DRIVEN UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO GET THE TITLE FLIPPED IN NJ TO YOUR NAME AND IF YOU WANT TO CHANCE IT BACK TO YOUR STATE THATS FINE BUT IT WONT BE DRIVEN ON A TITLE WITH MY NAME ON IT. ANY QUESTIONS CALL OR TEXT ME 919-520-2992 FASTEST RESPONSE IS BY TEXT OR EMAIL On Dec-04-15 at 06:11:25 PST, seller added the following information: ** Title in hand** The title that is shown is the title you will receive. Re listed due to winner not reading the listing and thought he could drive it on a salvage title with fictitious plates. I would allow that because if it got impounded I would be responsible for getting it out and wouldn't flip the title into his name. So please, if you want to drive it away with anything other than dealer plates ( which is the only legal way to drive it) the title must be flipped in to buyers name. No exceptions. Or the vehicle must be trailered out.
