The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is an excellent running and fully operational 2005 Chevrolet Venture Van with 108,165 miles. This is a Handicap Access Van is equipped with the fully lowered floor and the side entry ramp for wheelchair access. There is a full array of built in tie down tracks in the hard deck floor to secure a wheel chair, and we have a full set of the quick release tie downs as well. The front seats are both easily removed so that a wheelchair can roll right into either position and be locked down. There is a third row bench seat as well. This Venture is also equipped with power windows, door locks and mirrors. It has front and rear air conditioning and cruise control. This Venture runs and drives excellent, and there aren’t any service indicator or warning lights on. We had a safety inspection, road test and maintenance service performed on this Van in preparation for sale. The 3.4L V6 engine runs very strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts very nicely. The tires are showing good tread and there are new brakes. The oil & filter and the air filter were just changed last week. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this Venture anywhere in the country. The exterior of this Venture looks great. The White paint is nice and glossy over the entire body with only some minor imperfections. The interior is also in good shape. This Van has a manual ramp which is very easy to deploy and retract with one hand. This type of ramp is much more reliable than the power ramps which are also quite expensive to repair. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this Van. The title is clear without any liens or encumbrances. This Venture runs excellent and is ready to be picked up and used right away. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
