Here is a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 4X4 2500 HD pickup equipped with somewhat rare heavy duty factory equipment such as the 8.1 (496 C.I.) big block motor and Allison automatic transmission (same trans used with Duramax diesel trucks). It has an extended cab with rear side doors on both sides, and a contractor bed cover with opening side and rear doors. The bed cover doors close very smoothly with shock assist and they all lock securely. There is also a BedSlide that pulls out to access all items stored within the bed. The truck has 4 wheel drive and a towing package with hitch, wiring, and electric trailer brake control. Power options include steering, brakes, windows, locks, and mirrors. It has cruise control, and compass / thermometer mirror. Well optioned, but has work truck style factory rubber floormat covering for easy cleaning. There is one minor scrape along the lower body on the passenger side and very minimal rust starting. Interior is in decent shape with no tears in the upholstery or cracks in the dash. It does have some miles on it, but also has lots of life left. That being said, please understand that there will always be some minor repairs involved as it is not a new truck. Has battery shut-off to conserve power when not in use. Minor exhaust leak at manifold. Sold as-is, and where is (no guarantees, and buyer is responsible for picking up or arranging shipment).
