Delivered new to San Francisco and lived in California since. California Black license plates. Heritage Certificate authenticates the car and verifies colors, original engine, etc. Appears to have lived with the same Morgan Hill CA owner from at least 1977 to around 1988. Last owner lived in San Diego and had it from the late 90's to present. He did lots of restoration work while in his ownership. Incredibly straight and rust free body. Still has its original hydrolastic suspension. Lovely panel fit, fantastic paint. Drives very well. Nice gearbox, good power, etc. Interior is good and its refreshing to see a pretty stock dash. This has to be one of the nicest real US MK I Cooper S's in existence. Inspections encouraged. All sales AS-IS. Sales tax and license fees due if delivered in California.
