Vehicle Detail
Completely restored Chevy II - nothing spared on the body and paint. Job relocation and living arrangements unfortunately forcing sale. This is an original Florida car with mostly original and impeccable body/floor panels. Car was rotisserie sandblasted and painted and the pictures show the evidence of how clean this car is. Car is laser straight and went through a series of block sanding and body work. Sale comes with everything I have for the car. I have most of the original parts except for the front suspension (removed it as I planned to install Church Boys Racing rack and pinion conversion), windshield and rear window, front bench seat, steering column (was a column shift) and others potentially unknown. I do have most of the original chrome, bumpers, door hardware/mechanism, window cranks, door and side window glass. While I do have many original parts, assume new parts are required as I don't have a complete inventory. Includes a reconditioned original set of SS bucket seats, the original bench seat (needs to be recovered), an original SS floor shifter and columns, original SS trunk badge and the original Chevy II trunk badge, Much more to list. Email me if you have any specific questions. This car could be show quality for someone looking for a project. This is not a patch job car, it started with a clean body/frame and nothing was spared on the body and paint. I have over $25,000 in this car thus far. Hoping it will go to a good home that can appreciate what they are getting. I have this car for sale locally. I reserve the right to end this auction if a local purchase is made before the end of this auction. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements - USA and CANADA ONLY. The car can be moved in an enclosed trailer but will necessary to be moved in pieces. On Dec-13-15 at 08:53:33 PST, seller added the following information: I have had several good questions so I wanted to post some additional information. The car has not been wet sanded and buffed yet. We did a few test spots but the majority of the car still needs to be doneI have a homemade dolly that attaches to the firewall for transport. The car and trunk deck can be moved as one piece. The hood, engine compartment and parts will need to be moved separately. The fenders can be stored inside the car during transport with proper paddingI have disassembled the front clip to prepare it for transportThere are some normal scratches around the area where the firewall assembles to the front clip. Nothing that would be seen once assembled again but inevitable as the two come togetherThere is a very small paint chip close to the trunk deck seem near the rear window. Very, very small and can be touched up with no issues. Wanted to discloseI have been asked to clarify the mostly original metal statement. The car has an aftermarket hood, driver side fender and passenger QTR panel. The fender and QTR panel were replaced due to damage - not metal rotI have additional pictures of anything listed above and have hundreds of pictures of the restoration. Please message me for any additional information or pictures. I am trying to be as upfront about the car as possible, but I am happy to answer any additional questions you may have
