It is pure fun. After all this time, it still makes me grin like a 5 year old. :-D Condition: Please look closely at the pictures. This is a super looking machine! It literally & actually glitters & shines. Whenever, and wherever, my wife and I have gone, people love this car.... Be prepared for conversation at every stop. A super well preserved vintage Stingray that has had little-to-no usage in 25+ years. This is a beautiful car, and is in very nice "driver" condition. I don't want to unintentionally mislead anyone so, please note: The interior and so much about this car is in such outstanding shape but, the rear panel has a crack, the paint has aged (I'll call it a 1/10, just to play it safe). I have kept it liberally waxed so it looks it's best. I love that it is an honest low mile car that maintains it's vintage integrity; I did not want to disturb that. This isn't your average old Corvette with an ambiguous ownership history, questionable restoration, or excuses. This is a cherished, longtime family owned car that has been well loved, and it shows. 26 years ago, in 1989, the original engine was removed, built for greater power, and reinstalled. It was balanced/blueprinted, had a larger camshaft installed, some porting work to make the original cylinder heads really breathe, and an array of high performance parts added. I should remark that, there was nothing wrong with the engine. Dollars were spent in desire of a little more "oomph" and, well.... a lot more fun. The engine has an awesome grumble.
