Vehicle Detail
2000 BMW 323CI CONVERTIBLE NO RESERVE I purchased this car in November, 2012 from a dealer in Ft. Pierce, Florida with 77,900 miles. It has a rebuilt Florida title as a result of a fender bender. The dealer purchased it from an insurance company and replaced the front bumper, right front fender and the hood. I have used it as my daily driver for the last 3 years driving 75 miles roundtrip on Interstate 95 from Port St. Lucie, FL to Jupiter, FL. I have done all required maintenance and have receipts. Regular Synthetic oil changes and I have never had to add any oil between changes. At 100,000 miles I had belts, gaskets, plugs replaced and the oil pan gasket replaced. The instrument cluster computer died around 100,000 miles and I had it replaced with a new one from BMW at a cost of $1300. Some maintenance by Tires Plus but most has been by a certified BMW mechanic. The 17 inch tires have approximately 12,000 miles on them and they have good tread left. The only known issue is the remote does not unlock the driver's door. It will lock the driver's door but will not unlock it so you must use the key. The remote operates everything else normally. The replacement part is approximately $200. The car is very sound and dependable mechanically. The hood has some paint chips from driving the Interstate, the front bumper has a crack on the left side from pulling into parking space too far and the spoiler under the bumper caught on the concrete slab when I backed up. The rims have curb rash and the seats have a couple of cracks but they were that way when I purchased the car. The top is in very good condition and goes up and down with no issues. Air Conditioning is very cold and radio and CD work properly. All manuals are in the glove box and there is one key. Again, the car is very dependable and will be a very good car for a new owner. I am selling because I got a deal I couldn't refuse on a 2001 330CI convertible on ebay and will use it as my daily driver. Thanks for looking and if you have any questions please send me an email.
