1988 GSXR1100 23052 miles and slowly climbing. This is the last 'slab sider' model. It has the factory wider wheels and larger oil cooler. It is a fast and fun modern classic bike to own and ride. The bike starts, stops, shifts and runs as it should. There are no leaks or strange noises of any sort. This is a true 'buy and ride' bike. Recent work includes -ALL fluids changed -fresh oil and filter -carbs stripped, cleaned and balanced -exhaust stripped and re painted (exhaust is totally solid, no rust or repairs) -new spark plugs -newer battery -new brake pads all around -new fork seals -new fuel valve -lots of new OEM rubber grommets and screws -brand new front tire (rear has lots of life) -$80 K&N air filter installed -chain and sprockets cleaned and lubed and have lots of life left. Recently dyno'ed at 102 rear wheel hp, right where it should be!!!!!(I have the dyno sheet). Comes with single seat cowl and 2 keys. The bike is mechanically excellent, everything works as it should. It is not cosmetically flawless or perfect but in great general shape for a 27 year old bike. There are some minor paint blemishes, scratches, chips and stress cracks. This is a very clean and honest bike and needs nothing done or spent, just buy and ride. I used it as a daily rider to and from work all last summer. Clean and clear title in hand. Tags good until May 2017 I will assist with shipping but the cost and arrangements will be the buyers responsibility. I will store the bike for up to 1 week after the auction ends while you arrange shipping but it must be paid for in full as per the auction rules.
