We have been commissioned by the Neily Estate of Wakefield NH. 03872 to liquidate vehicles from the estate. All vehicles sold as is either for parts or restoration. Mileage unknown. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITHIN THREE DAYS OF END OF SALE. Buyer must pick up vehicle within 10 days after the sale or any agreed upon time with the seller. PICK UP in NH 03872. Vehicles not picked up within TEN days will be sent to storage at a rate of $60.00 Per Day unless other arrangements are agreed to. Buyer pays for all transport/shipping and any loading fees. NO TITLES- bill of sale and copy of the executor appointment will be given to buyer. We cannot make any guarantee relative to vehicle condition. All vehicles are assumed to be non-operational and in need of extensive work. There are no warranties express or implied. Bidders should arrange to inspect the vehicle before purchase. Vehicle is located remote from our premises so all inspections must be coordinated by phoning 603 539 5276 from 8AM-3PM. Loading of vehicles is the SOLE responsibility of buyer. There is a mechanic's shop on site who the buyer may hire at his or her own expense to assist with vehicles. There are no keys, there is no title. Vehicle has rust, missing parts. PLEASE do not inquire about Car Numbers or Motor Number---we show the numbers if possible, what you see is what you get. All parts included with the car are pictured. We have done our best to picture the VIN plate. Unknown if car will roll. We urge you to arrange an in-person inspection for this vehicle. We will furnish the purchaser with a Bill of Sale, a copy of the owner's death certificate and a copy of the appointment by the Court authorizing the estate. This auction is for one Volvo, Model PV544, Though we indicated in the listing that it is a 1960, we are not sure of that but it is thought to be from the 1960's. Vehicle may or may not have been modified from stock. Assume there is extensive rust and assume that the motor is stuck. Thanks to a very helpful ebayer we now know that this car is a 1962.
