1962 Dodge Dart 440, 440 is the submodel not the engine. It is a 4 door automatic transmission. The engine is a rebuilt 318 with 0 miles on the rebuild. There is no rust, just surface on the floor pans. Very Clean, very straight. What has to be done: it needs the power steering pump, alternator, starter and ac compressor mounted on the engine, oil pump primed and distributor timed, the interior put back in and the windshield and back glass put back in. I have the gaskets for the glass and like I said in the condition description, almost all of the trim. The glass and dash were taken out for painting, just never got around to it. I do have all the glass, and it is in good shape.The grille is in great shape. The upholstery needs to be redone. The seats are still there, just ripped up. They aren't shown in the pictures because they are being stored somewhere else. It probably also could use a brake job and a few new lug studs on the front driver side. But other than that, this wold be the cheapest and easiest restoration you would ever do. I do have the grille and all the front trim, like I said its not on the vehicle because it was being prepped for painting, but they are all in great shape. I dont know why, but the site wouldnt let me upload the pictures of the grille and trim, but if youre interested you can message me and I will send you pictures of the trim and grille. New parts: fog light bezels, front exterior door handles, seat belts, dome light bezel, carpet kit and a bunch of extras. Have all four original hubcaps.
