Vehicle Detail
I'm selling my 1 owner 2010 S-Limited WK. I purchased it new from Ancira Chrysler Dodge and Jeep in San Antonio TX in the spring of 2010 with 5 miles on the odometer for $45,500. It has always been well maintained and either serviced my myself or at the local Jeep dealer. The oil has been changed every 3000-5000 miles with full synthetic and I have followed the suggested service interval. The transmission/transfercase/differentials fluids were changed at 60,000 miles. It is one of the few WK's in the country that works flawlessly with 37" tires and 4.10 gears. The stability/traction control has been re-calibrated with an AEV EGR module also compensating for the 4.10 gears. The speedometer is within 1 mph at 70 and the traction control/anti lock lights do not illuminate during tight turns. The Jeep just had the transfercase shift motor and FDCM replaced correcting a widely known problem on WKs after the N23/P73 recall. The low range and lockers work 100% with no error codes or lights. The rare (in the US at least) S-Limited model was only produced for the last year of production replacing the Overland. It came from the factory with suede and leather SRT8 seats (minus the embroidery), real aluminum interior trim, RER MyGig navigation, Quadradrive II, 5.7L Hemi, full skids, and HID headlights. I have invested over $25,000. The modifications are as follows: Suspension (6" of lift total): Gen. 1 Superlift 4" suspension Rustys adjustable lower control arms Rustys adjustable track bar King coilovers (pre-production version) in front Bilstein 5125 shocks JBA upper A-arms JBA front sway bar disconnects JBA 6" rear coil springs Raybestos replacement lower A-arms Drivetrain: Nitro 4.10 gear set (installed by Nitro at their facility in Cashmere WA) RCV Performance chromoly front CV axle shafts Wheels/Tires/Brakes: Mopar Performance Beadlocks 17x9.5 x5 (Wheels are NEW. I have driven approximately 2,000 miles since they were purchased) TPMS sensors x5 Nitto Trail Grappler MT 37x12.5x17 x5 (Tires have approximately 4,000 miles on them. Spare has never been mounted) Gorilla security lug nuts Stoptech slotted rotors Hawk performance ceramic pads Winch: Custom hidden winch mount bracket Quadratec Q11000S winch with synthetic line Rubicon Express hawse fairlead Factor-55 flat link Electronics/stereo: Superchips Flashpaq programmed for 91 octane performance AEV EGR module Mopar/Kicker audio upgrade (all speakers and amp replaced with upgraded Mopar hardware) Mopar/Kicker single sub Interior: Weathertech floor mats all around Factory floor mats included SRT-8 Pedals Exterior: ARB bull bar (shortened and modified to remove winch holes and add headlight fillers for the 08+ headlights) SRT-8 grill in body color Rebadge real carbon-fiber emblems (Jeep x2, ORT x2, ARB) Body color trim pieces Mopar mud flaps 5.9L hood vents Performance: K&N FIPK intake Gibson cat-back exhaust Armor: Factory gas tank skid plate Superlift front suspension skid plate and rear diff guard 4xGuard side guard rock rails 4XGuard Gen. 2 rear skid 4XGuard rear sliders Lighting: PIAA 530 LED fog lights ARB Intensity spot beam LED lights ARB LED parking/turn lights Misc: Custom switch panels Detours Knucklebone tire carrier (I am including this as an option to carry the spare tire, however it is only rated for use with a 35" tire. Use at your own risk) JCR license plate relocation kit ARB dual air compressor and VIAIR 2.5gal tank Cobra 75 CB and Firestik antenna on a 4xGaurd mount This vehicle is very clean and looks great in person. As with any vehicle that has been driven on and offroad for almost 6 years, there are various flaws to the paint work and interior plastic. I have tried to list every known flaw with the vehicle here. The rest of the vehicle is in excellent condition. The known flaws are: Scrape marks on very bottom edge of front bumper One small chip in windscreen and small area of missing paint on hood Splash marks from something caustic on left wheel wells Scrape marks on rear slider and D-ring with slight bending to edge of exhaust tip Cracks in plastic on 2 interior panelsOne small crack to leather bolster on drivers seat I have also had 2 reoccurring issues with dash lights over the years of ownership. I have a check engine light that illuminates from time to time since new for a catalytic inefficiency. I’ve always cleared it anytime it shows up (with the Superchips Flashpac that is included in the auction) and it goes away for months at a time. There are also intermittent lights for BAS and TC on the dash when the AEV EGR module loses contact with the steering angle sensor. This is a known issue with all AEV EGRs and only happens every once and a while when the vehicle is shut down and restarted within a few minutes (stopping at a gas station). These lights will disappear next time the vehicle is shut down for greater than 20 minutes. Neither of these issues effect drivability and are mostly a momentary annoyance if they pop up. And these last two are not problems but are something that the buyer should be aware of. The hard to get Mopar beadlock wheels (there is currently a 3 month waiting list to buy them!) are real beadlocks. The tires are currently mounted using the bolt down rings. The buyer is responsible for the legality of using these on the road (state and local laws vary). If you choose not to run these wheels as a beadlock, the tires can be moved to the inner bead (these wheels are a true dual mount wheel) but the "non-beadlock" rings (Mopar part #68264942AA) will have to be purchased from your local Jeep dealer for the best look. The spare tire does not easily fit in the hatch area. It is possible (by removing the floor panel and positioning the sub box along side of cargo compartment) to make it fit, but it is tight. I'm including a Detours Knucklebone rear hitch mounted / swing down tire carrier. The tire carrier has been used to carry the 37" spare in the past, however it was only built to accommodate the weight of a 35" tire. So use at your own risk!
