I need to free up some space for a few other vehicles I saved from being destroyed.1980 Chevy Citation. 2.8 V6 starts right up I purchased this back in March, simply because I always wanted a Citation. Was originally looking for an X-11, but couldn't find one that was close.This car would make a good fixer upper, or use it for parts for one that you already have. I bought this car off a unknown actor who drove it back and forth from NJ to NY , where it was used a backdrop car for a show called"the Americans" When I purchased it he said he had a problem with the trans shifting when it warmed up. It did they same thing for me, I would blip the throttle and it would shift. Prob the kick down cable. It does smoke when started up after sitting for awhile, and does have lifter tick when warmed up.It appears to have been repainted sometime in the past, the clear coat is peeling in some spots. It does have some rust popping through in spots, not rusted through though. The driver side floor is soft (rust). Other then that the underside is pretty clean. The fella I purchased the car from spent a lot of money for/on parts when he owned it (see pic) He purchased original hub caps, rims, new tires, exhaust. The AC works well.The gas gauge is off a bit, 1/4 on the dial is empty. It has the sideways radio, needs new speakers though,you can hardly hear the radio. The dash has some peeling, think the previous owner used some interior paint on it. That"s all I can think of now. Feel free to ask for more pics or any questions etc.
