Vehicle Detail

Well, I finally have to sell my baby. Frankly, it's sick, and I'm a lawyer not a car doctor. I like to dabble, but it is now beyond my meager skills. She needs a new thermostat, new plugs, probably a new gasket or two, and definitely a new distributor cap. I disconnected the battery, but I think it needs jumpin'. On the bright side, you have three all but new tires, one that is not new (ahem). Full size spare. Hell, the tires alone are ~$250 a piece. The top works, but the closing clasp/pull is finicky. DO NOT get this car unless you want (a) a parts car, or (b) a car you are ready to fix-up. You can't drive it further than about 1 mile, as it overheats now. I may be missing other problems with the vehicle -- I'm not an expert (I stop at changing the break pads). Notice the price for 2000 CLK's in good shape...$12K is common. I am starting this at $750. If you pay more than $2K for this, you are over paying (unless you need a whole lot of parts). On Nov-03-15 at 13:00:10 PST, seller added the following information: Well, I finally have to sell my baby.  Frankly, it's sick, and I'm a lawyer not a car doctor.  I like to dabble, but it is now beyond my meager skills.  She needs a new thermostat, new plugs, probably a new gasket or two, and definitely a new distributor cap.
