Up for sale/bid is the following item: 1967 Volkswagen Squareback Station Wagon Clear PA title Mileage I'm sure which has rolled over is: 11947 Car was found in barn and hasn't been driven in a long time. The original motor was removed from the car before I bought. However this is another motor that comes with the sale of the car. I'm not a Volkswagen expert however I was told it was a dual port motor. Which would be similar to what was in it. Also was told that the motor was in demand and could be sold separate, however I'm including it with the sale of the car. Plus a bunch of extra Volkswagen parts. The exterior of the car is the part of the car that would need the most work I think. From the pictures you can see that one main area that will need patched, which is the rear back passenger side of the car. Has a three inch or so hole. Other areas have surface rust, dents or scratches in the paint. Would take much to get it look good again. I believer the car seen its most damage when it was kept in storage. The interior is in good shape. Would need a good cleaning. The seats are in good shape, I don't see any major rips or tears in the material. The dash is cracked from the sun and weather. All the components are still there, pretty much all original. Its a real nice piece of history. I was planning on fixing it up, however I don't have the time and lost interest. On Nov-02-15 at 16:08:27 PST, seller added the following information: Hey everyone today I did more checking over the car. I had a question regarding rust in certain locations. Below what I found today: Floor is solid which includes the battery tray area. I don't see any areas of rust through any where. I did find rust through when I opened the driver and passenger side doors. The rust is right at the bottom when you open the door you see it. It's not major rust through however it's there. Right inside the door not on the floor. The channel that runs along the car. Because of these findings I have decided to lower the reserve. Just want to be honest being I didn't mention it during the first listening. Let me know if you have any questions.
