Fullriver DC160-12 It is street legal, it can be driven on roads with a posted speed limit of 35 Mph or less. You would need to register it. The brakes make noise but only when applied backing up (might have been from just being washed).I drove it around the neighborhood, it's a fun little car to drive, would be perfect for a senior community or business complex.I drove it a few miles and the battery level stayed at full charge. We are not experts at any of this, in most cases all the information we have is in the ebay listing. Please do your own research, in most cases Google knows way more then we do about the equipment were selling. Items usually ship the day after payment has cleared. We accept Paypal, it works and its convenient, tracking numbers are automatically emailed. If you have a problem once you receive your item, email us. SOFTWARE: Licensing and use of included software is always the responsibility of the buyer. We don't sell licenses or software. No part of the fixed, reserve, or Buy it Now price was calculated to reflect anything other than the value of the hardware listed in this auction. Any disputes arising from the use of this equipment and it's software if any are strictly between the user and the intellectual rights holder. You may have to resolve licensing issues with the software provider, we do not get involved in that. This means if you need licenses you might have to order them. You must fax a signed California Resale Certificate form BOE-230 to (714) 542-3145. Download the form from the California State Board of Equalization website. Please take the tax off your payment through PayPal by putting in a buyer discount in the amount of the automatically calculated tax at the bottom of the form. If unable just go to your PayPal account and click the Send Money tab, put your payment through for the correct amount. If unable we will refund your tax within 5 days of receipt of your payment and signed resale certificate form. This only applies to California resellers, we do not charge California sales tax for any items shipped outside the state of California. Note that if you are an out of state buyer and opt to pick up your item at our Santa Ana, CA facility you will be charged sales tax. There is no way to avoid this since you are not an out of state buyer under the law unless we ship to you by common carrier. It's the law. Payment for all items must be received at our California facility within 2 days of the auction close. At 2 days if your payment has not been received the eBay Unpaid Item Assistant automatically opens an unpaid item case. Pickups are welcome and you don't have to ask beforehand, just let us know by emailing through the eBay ask seller a question link or with the email link on the About ME page when you are coming. Returns: Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported in 14 days after item being received; otherwise, no return or refund will be allowed.
