This exceptional Model A (160-B), Murray Body, Town Sedan is claimed to have been in the same family line since new. (Not documented) The car has been in climate controlled storage for over 30 years. When I purchased the car, I removed the engine and transmission and disassembled for inspection. (Have photos) Reassembled with all new gaskets and detailed. Rebuilt distributor with new bushings and shaft and modern points. New leakless, stainless shaft water pump. Rebuilt carburetor. New hoses and belt. Flywheel resurfaced. Radiator rebuilt. New battery. The car’s paint is chicle drab and copra drab with straw stripe and wheels. The interior is in excellent condition. There is no rust anywhere. All of the wood is excellent. The chrome and stainless is very good. All of the glass is good and the windows operate as they should. Window shades. All the electrics work, i.e. horn, lights,etc. I’ve owned over 100 Model A’s and this is, by far, one of the best.
